Group Buying 

Stronger together

Buying property as part of a larger group has traditionally been a specialised form of property acquisition, reserved for a select and connected few.

We believe EVERYONE should be able to enter the property market, without exclusion.

We can all agree, it is getting harder to get into the property market. All to often, by the time people have saved their target deposit figure, it is no longer enough. With wage increasingly struggling to keep up with property price rises this can seem like a vicious circle.

The Group Buying package is uniquely designed to get you into the market quicker by joining forces with others. Together, buyers groups are more able to purchase high value, positively geared investment properties that realise greater equity increases.

Here's an example of how this can work:

​

  • A property is valued at $500k

  • The property is vetted and qualified by us, using our detailed assessment methodology and analysis

  • Let's assume we have 10 interested buyers

  • Each of these buyers invest $50k each (excluding costs e.g. conveyancing, stamp duty and services rendered) and will therefore own 10% of the property and any rental revenue and equity gained throughout the investment period

This arrangement gets each investor into the property investment market sooner than if they were investing alone, and at a lower entry cost. Although equity in this scenario is shared, group members will begin to enjoy the benefits of a rising property market a lot sooner and make their saving work for them rather than sitting in bank earning next to no interest.
